A product exchange can be issued if the product is returned in an undamaged and saleable condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calender days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied with the original receipt.

Along with a copy of the original receipt, all return items must also be accompanied with a return/exchange authorization number.
Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale, opened or used products. Earth Essence is not responsible for damagea after product delivery.
It takes around one to three weeks from the day you returned your package for your request to get processed. Once your return is completed, you will be contacted by one of our representatives.
All claims related to shortages or damagea must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Return/Exchange requests are subject to inspection by Earth Essence team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Return/Exchange Policy
Each product can be exchanged only once. No cash refunds are permitted.
